Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with SCIK. Since every product is custom printed on demand just for you, please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.


 


 

Order Processing

All SCIK products are made to order. Once your order is confirmed, it is sent to our fulfillment team for printing and quality check.


Processing time: 2–3 working days


Processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.


 


 

Delivery

Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

5–10 days after dispatch


Total estimated time from order to delivery: 5–12 working days, depending on your location and the shipping method applicable to your pincode.


💡 Our advice: Allow up to 10 working days before reaching out to us about a delayed order, especially during peak seasons (festivals, sale events) when carriers experience higher volumes.


 


 

Shipping Methods

We ship via reputed courier partners across India. The shipping method is assigned automatically based on your pincode and order size. We currently do not offer express or same-day delivery.


 


 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value. Any applicable charges will be clearly shown before you confirm your order.


 


 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. Please ensure the COD amount is ready at the time of delivery. If the courier is unable to collect payment, the order may be returned.




 


 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your order directly on the courier's website.


If you have not received a tracking update within 3–4 working days of placing your order, please contact us at scik.admin@gmail.com.


 


 

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your delivery address, pincode, and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order. SCIK is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply.


 


 

Unserviceable Pincodes

We ship across India; however, certain remote or restricted pincodes may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified and your order will be cancelled with a full refund.


 


 

Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, public holidays, or any circumstances beyond our control. We will always do our best to keep you informed in such situations.
